Aaron Ahlstrom, junior co-captain of the Men\'s Cross Country team, captured his second Skyline Conference Individual Championship this past weekend. Ahlstrom crossed the finish line 2 seconds ahead of his teammate and co-captain Charles Barnes, finishing the course with a time of 27:21. Aaron also won the North Eastern Athletic Conference Individual Championship his freshman year.
