Instructional classes are offered to enhance lifetime pursuits. All classes are free to Bard students, faculty, staff, and gym members. Participants must be over the age of 18. Pre-Registration is not required for any class. Classes are held in the Aerobics Studio located in the Stevenson Gymnasium unless otherwise noted.
Please come to all classes in proper attire (sneakers, sweats, shorts…). Bring towels and water bottle if you'd like.

Zachary Hamaker, a senior from Walnut Creek, CA, was selected as the Skyline Athletic Conference's "Player of the Year" for Men's Volleyball.
