Summer Camp Health Director

Thank you for selecting Bard College Summer Sports Camps and Junior Raptors Camp for your child's summer camp experience. Our camps employs Summer Camp Health Staff who are committed to providing a safe environment and quality healthcare setting for your child's needs. Please feel free to contact the Summer Camps Director at any time during your child's camp experience with any questions or concerns that may arise.

Location/Hours

Bard Summer Camps and Junior Raptors Camp Health Services is housed in the Athletic Training Room on the lower level of the Stevenson Gymnasium. Camp Health Services will be open 30 minutes prior to the start of camp and will close 30 minutes after the last camp is finished for the day.

Paperwork

New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) requires that completed medical forms be keep on file in order for your child to participate in summer camp.

• Only one form needs to be completed if the child is attending multiple sport camps (Please indicate which camps your child will be attending on the Medical History form).
• A photocopy of your child's Record of Immunizations may be obtained from your physician and submitted in lieu of completing the immunization section on the Medical History form. Please note that the NYSDOH requires an immunization record which includes dates, not simply a note stating that the child's immunizations are up to date.
• No child will be permitted to remain on campus and participate in the camp without this form being complete, which includes a current Record of Immunizations.
