Swim Club
THE BARD SWIM CLUB BEGINS ANOTHER SEASON. Come join Coach Fred Schultz for another season of structured swim work-outs, wild water polo and great parties (catered by his culinary chef son). The Bard Swim Club is open to all Bard students, faculty, staff and gym members (18 & older) free of charge. Practices begin on Wednesday, September 2, 2009, and continue every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Pre-registration is not requred - just show up on the deck ready to swim!
Children's Learn-to-Swim Program
The next session will be offered in January/February
Dates TBA - watch for postings after the holidays.
This program is designed for children learning to swim. The lessons are formatted into 1/2 hour time slots for Beginners, Intermediate Beginners and Advanced Beginners. We also offer a Parent-Tot program. Please click on the link below for further information regarding this program.

Youth Swim Clinic
October 17 - December 5
Saturdays ~ 9:00-10:00 a.m.
The Swim Clinic is for children ages 6-16 who can swim a minimum of 5 yards on their own. This is not a Learn-To-Swim Program. Please click on the link below for further information regarding this program.

If you are searching for a more structured swim team experience for your child, the Northern Dutchess Aquatics Club may be what you are looking for. They are an outside organization who uses the Bard pool for their practices and home meets. If you would like information on this program, please visit their website at www.ndaquaticclub.com.
