Located at the Bard College Stevenson Gymnasium

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Program includes fitness classes, health education, customized fitness plans,

and full use of the gym.

In all classes, execises can be modified to meet your needs, and we encourage people to move at their own pace.

Registration & Fees

All classes and services are included for one fee.

Registration Day:Friday, September 5, 9:00-11:00 a.m.@ Stevenson gym
Rolling registration continues throughout the season.

Membership fees:

  • Community membership: $75/month & discount fees available for advanced payment options of 5-month or 10-month membership
  • Bard gym members: $70/month
  • Bard employees: $35/month

  • Charlotte Michos, MS, RN, CNS, Program Designer/Director/Instructor with extended background and certifications in health & fitness
  • Christine Riedinger, Certified Aquatics Instructor/Progaram assistant
  • Guest speakers & instructors

Schedule

Hours: 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, starting September 8, 2008

    Full use of the gym with the following pool hours:

Lap Swimming: Monday-Friday, 7:30-9:30am and 11:30am -12:30pm

  • Self-defense and martial arts classes: 4th Wednesday of each month from 11:00 am -12:15 pm (aerobics studio)

Hometown: Bay Shore, NY
Highschool: Bay Shore
Latiqua WIlliams achieved a rare quadruple-double in a game against the College of New Rochelle, a first for the Bard Women's Basketball Program and only the eighth woman in NCAA history to record this feat. Williams scored 21 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, recorded 11 steals and dished out 10 assists to complete the record setting performance.
